Delete your DieselBench account

On app.dieselbench.ca, Clerk verifies sign-in and DieselBench verifies each session token before allowing export or deletion of your own training data. This page describes the current code; it does not establish that the Worker is deployed or configured.
- Open DieselBench and sign in to the account whose data you want removed.
- Open Profile & account from the Go to menu.
- Under Account & data, optionally choose Download my data first. The browser downloads DieselBench-my-data.json.
- Choose Delete account. Type DELETE in the confirmation field, then choose Permanently delete my account. If the five-minute confirmation expires, reopen Delete account and try again.
Export and deletion remain available without accepting an updated policy, but require verified ownership. The export contains training and acceptance records; it omits security counters, deletion tokens/markers and provider records. Downloaded copies are not erased by account deletion.
Deletion removes the live profile/nickname, XP/events, streak/progress records, completed circuits, formal tests/answers/history, workshop jobs/evidence, saved board and entitlement record. Rankings update from the remaining database records, so your entries disappear.
DieselBench removes its own account data and signs the current browser out through Clerk best-effort. It does not delete your Clerk account or claim immediate erasure of Clerk/provider backups or logs. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.
If you cannot access your sign-in account, recover it through the sign-in provider first. The operator’s configured support contact is the contact for account-data questions; no staffed response time or automated email recovery is promised. DieselBench cannot delete another person’s account from an unverified request.
