Version 2026-10-01.1 · Effective: .
Independent educational service
DieselBench provides original generic mechanic training, simulations and independent practice questions. It is not a vehicle service manual, official examination provider, apprenticeship authority or trade-certification body. Red Seal-style questions are independent practice; they are not official Red Seal questions or a complete current exam blueprint. Training ranks, XP, mastery indicators and results do not confer a government or trade licence.
DieselBench is not affiliated with or endorsed by any equipment manufacturer, tool manufacturer or Red Seal authority. The project is intended to use original generic training material, not OEM-authorized service information. These terms do not claim verified OEM authorization or rights to third-party trademarks. Educational values and synthetic waveforms belong to a fictional bench. Actual specifications, pinouts, components, emissions requirements and safe procedures vary by vehicle and jurisdiction.
Use of training
Use simulations to build reasoning and test-selection skills. Always use authorized service information, appropriate equipment, qualifications and safety procedures for real work. This service does not authorize high-voltage work, high-pressure fuel work, spring-brake disassembly, regeneration procedures, lifting or stored-energy work. A score does not establish fitness for hazardous work. Multiple safe diagnostic approaches can be valid.
Accounts and fair participation
The Cloudflare application uses Clerk for verified sign-in and account sessions; the original Sites deployment may use its existing verified sign-in service. A provider account is separate from a DieselBench profile. Keep access to your sign-in account secure. Choose a respectful public nickname without profanity, sexual content, hate speech, harassment, threats or staff impersonation. Nicknames may be rejected, hidden or changed to a generic pseudonym under this rule.
Do not attempt to exploit endpoints, automate competitive results, impersonate another learner, manipulate XP/scores, submit false evidence or interfere with other users. Rankings represent server-verified simulated training results, not a proctored qualification. The present code filters names, constrains writes and rates requests; a staffed moderation/appeal process is not represented as already operating.
Content and software rights
DieselBench project content and assets may be used in the application under the rights held by its operator. Third-party software retains its respective licences and notices. You may not present this content as official manufacturer or government material. The downloadable project’s LICENSE and THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES describe source distribution terms; receiving the source does not grant rights to third-party trademarks. The operator must verify brand ownership and asset/provider terms for its intended distribution.
Availability and results
The service can be unavailable during network, database, deployment or provider failures. Private saved records require a successful server response. Pending results and offline practice are not represented as synchronized. Simulations simplify real physics and electronics; they do not model every transient, protocol, failure interaction or mechanical/chemical behavior. Review the model notes and release limitations.
Payment and future plans
No subscription or purchase is required by this release; all existing training remains open. A future paid plan requires published pricing, purchase terms, cancellation/refund information, verified entitlements and platform-compliant payment handling before activation. No active billing functionality is implied by the architecture’s free/pro plan labels.
Data and account deletion
The Privacy Policy explains stored records and public ranking data. You can export your training records and delete the live DieselBench account from Profile & account > Account & data. The account-deletion page provides access instructions. Deleting DieselBench data does not delete your Clerk or other provider account.
Operator and document status
The operator and legal content owner are identified at the top of this page, with the configured support contact below. This document describes the current application. It does not claim lawyer approval, verified legal or app-store compliance, certification, guaranteed learning outcomes or guaranteed availability. This technical document update does not establish enforceability or replace any rights that applicable law makes mandatory.

Agreement and updates
Creating or continuing a DieselBench profile requires an active agreement to the current Terms of Use and acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy. Signing into the platform alone does not record that agreement. We store the current accepted document versions and date with your profile. Substantive updates that require renewed acceptance are presented before further account-based training. Existing saved progress is preserved. You can decline and continue browsing public content or practising without saved results, and you can export or delete existing data without accepting the update.
